Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned.
- Include the correct reference number with each deposit; otherwise, processing may be delayed.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Your identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit; in exceptional cases, 72bd may designate an alternative method.

3.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. 72bd will not be liable for any losses arising from currency conversion.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
72bd offers new members a welcome bonus of up to 150% up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If the bonus is claimed from multiple accounts, both accounts will be terminated.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers are available for a limited time and may be changed or cancelled at any time.
- Separate conditions may apply to winnings earned from bonuses.
- Misuse of promotional codes, bonus hunting, or arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.
- If bonus misuse is proven, 72bd may cancel all bonuses and associated winnings.
- Before bonus conditions are met, deposited funds and bonus funds are tracked separately.
4.3 VIP Program
The 72bd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze and up to 1.2% at Diamond. The conditions for moving between VIP tiers are determined at 72bd's discretion and may be revised at any time. Separate wagering conditions may also apply to VIP cashback and rewards.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 72bd platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:
5.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to circumvent bonus conditions through betting patterns or strategies.
5.2 Money Laundering and Illegal Transactions
- Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Using an account as a tool for money laundering.
- If suspicious transactions are identified, 72bd is obligated to notify the relevant authorities.
5.3 Technical Misuse
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Attempting to steal another user's information or access their account.
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.

9.3 Funds in Inactive Accounts
A monthly maintenance fee may apply to the balance of accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. When the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Guarantee
72bd strives to provide uninterrupted service on its platform. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen events. 72bd is not liable for any losses directly caused by such interruptions.
10.2 Third-Party Liability

10.3 Gambling Losses
